For all inquiries, please email me! Please also include your order number in the email. Please do not make any inquiries via social media (Instagram and Twitter)
Exchanges, Refunds, and Cancellations
All sales are final. Exchanges or refunds are not accepted. I am not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
Missing / Wrong / Damaged Products:
If you are missing a product in your order, I apologize for the inconvenience that may have been caused!
To confirm that your missing items, an unboxing video with uncut footage will be requested upon inquiry. Due to previous experiences, confirmation of missing, wrong, or damaged product(s) is required before action is taken. Once confirmed, I will happily send out your correct product(s).
Any damaged products caused by the buyer due to use is not my responsibility.
Shipping
Disclaimer: This shop is run by only one person. Please understand that I also have a full-time job outside of this shop. Your patience is much appreciated! Should there by any delays, it will be announced on my shop home page and Instagram!
In-Stock Items: Please kindly allow 5-10 business days for me to process and ship your items!
Pre-order Items: Any orders that contains pre-order items will not be shipped out until the pre-ordered item has arrived to me. Please note that this does not include processing times. Please consider placing separate orders if you’d like your in-stock items to receive first.
Please double-check your order before you check out. Any requests to split or combine orders will not be honored.
Different factors can lead to long processing times for pre-order items such as manufacturing and/or shipping delays. Please understand that these factors are out of my control. Should there be any delays as such, it will be notified via Instagram! Please kindly note that pre-order items are opened to help fund the item(s). A pre-order item will not go into production until the pre-order period has ended. Pre-order orders will not be cancelled and refunded and are final sale.
Shipping Address Changes: Any requests to change your shipping address must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. If your order has been processed and packed, your shipping address change request will be denied. Please double-check all your information prior to checking out!
Shipping Restrictions: Unfortunately, as a small shop, I do not have the resources to be able to comply with the new GPSR regulations made by the European Union and cannot ship to the following countries:
Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom
Customs fees and duties
Any customs fees and duties that are due will be your responsibility. Orders will not be refunded or cancelled should you decide to not pay for the customs fees and/or duties payment requested by your postal office. Should you have any questions in regards to customs fees and other charges, it is strongly advised that you contact your local post office / customs office with your inquiries.
Returned packages
Should you have a package returned to me for any reason, you will need to pay for shipping for it to be resent again. Common reasons that your package may be returned:
- Error in shipping address: Please double check your shipping address before checking out
- Inability to pay for customs / duties
Group Orders
Group orders are always open! If I am able to ship to you, please feel free to send me an email! Please do not open a group order before asking me. All GOMs must be reviewed and approved before posting.
